With over 20 years of experience working with both private and public sector clients, Perveen specialises in drafting and amending building and engineering contracts. She also provides advice on consultant appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees, as well as a variety of development and funding agreements, novation agreements, and ancillary project documentation. Notably, she possesses expert knowledge in the energy sector, advising on innovative projects relating to solar, battery storage, wind, and carbon capture.
