VIDEO WILL

By

A court in Australia has accepted a video made by 53-year-old man four years prior to his death as his legal will. In the video Leslie Wayne Quinn expressed his desire to leave his entire estate to his wife. Four years later a Queensland Court found that, despite suicide being the ultimate cause of death, Quinn was of sound mind when recording the video. 'There can be no doubt that Mr Quinn made the recording to make clear what his intentions were in relation to the disposal of his possessions after his death,' the judge said. 18 April 2019
