Stephenson Harwood LLP has named eleven lawyers to its partnership, reflecting the firm’s ongoing growth strategy
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has announced the promotion of eleven lawyers to its partnership, effective from 1 May 2026. Eifion Morris, Chief Executive Officer of Stephenson Harwood, remarked, “Our new partners deliver a blend of outstanding legal ability, clear commercial insight and a passion for building strong, positive partnerships with our clients.” He further added, “Their expertise spans more than law - they are trusted advisors who guide clients through complex challenges and help them seize new opportunities.” This strategic move comes alongside the recent addition of 18 lateral hires to its international network across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia over the past year.
The firm’s latest partners include Hortense Atthenont-Duret, who brings extensive experience in asset and export finance for the maritime industry; Rebecca Crookenden, an international trade and shipping specialist; and Emily Davies, who focuses on private equity and growth capital. Other notable promotions include Natalie Edwards in Employment law, Paul Hollands in Commercial Litigation, and Rajiv Kakkad, who also joins the Private Equity team. In the Real Estate sector, Patrick Lundie and Richard Pike have been appointed, while Byul McPhee will enhance the Tax and Incentives practice. Finally, Sarah O'Brien joins the Intellectual Property, Tech and Data practice, and Ivan Valkov strengthens the Commercial Litigation team with high-stakes experience.
