Two recent hires are set to develop and lead the practice
Kingsley Napley has announced DAC Beachcroft veteran, Matt Spencer, has joined the firm to help build a new tax practice. Spencer joins Laura Harper, a recent private client hire from McDermott Will & Emery. Together they will develop the practice, with a focus on keeping work in-house. Managing partner, Linda Woolley, said: “Having tax expertise in-house will significantly strengthen our client offering”. Spencer commented he was “excited” to “build and grow the firm's tax practice, working in conjunction with Laura and with a focus on providing advice in plain English”.
