A litigation executive at DAC Beachcroft has been struck off after he named a client on Facebook. The Manchester based lawyer, Keith Howell, also used the social media platform to comment on a case being conducted for the client. The Solicitors Regulation Authority found that Howell had 'breached client confidentiality', 'failed to act in his clients' best interests' and 'failed to behave in a way that would maintain public trust in him and the provision of legal services'. Consequently he was banned under a section 43 order. 21 September 2020
