Partner Guy Coltman and associate Tim McAlpine Scott provided advice to the Jacksons management team.

The cross-practice team in Jersey and Guernsey was led by partners Will WhiteheadChris Philpott and senior associate Lyndsay Houlette (Jersey property), partner Jason Morgan and senior associate Rachel Jones (Guernsey property), alongside partner Tony Lane with assistance from senior associates James Cooke and Arya Hashemi (Guernsey corporate), associates Nick Branch and Daniel Long (Guernsey corporate) and partner Robin Smith and counsel Fiona Dalton with assistance from associate Dan Huxham (Jersey banking and finance).
