Triple Private Equity acquires data firms

Triple Private Equity has announced the acquisition of Derivia Intelligence, Extel and Euromoney from Delinian as part of a strategic investment to enhance its portfolio within the B2B software and data sector
The investments are funded through Triple’s inaugural fund, which is focused on critical B2B software and data solutions.
Derivia Intelligence utilises proprietary sourcing methods and modern technologies like AI to convert complex, hard-to-source data into reliable insights for investment banks, hedge funds and other market players. Extel focuses on helping financial institutions and corporate investor relations teams assess the quality of sell-side services and measure investor
The transactions were facilitated by a skilled Skadden team, including counsel Benjamin Davies and associates Edward Elliott and Laura Toombs, alongside finance partner Sebastian FitzGerald and European counsel Alexander Halms, demonstrating the firm’s comprehensive approach to legal advisory services in such significant deals.
