Travers Smith advises Lothbury on its sale of west London industrial estate
Travers Smith LLP has advised Lothbury Investment Management ("Lothbury") on its sale of the Tera 40 industrial estate in Greenford, west London, to Valor Real Estate Partners for around £146m
The estate comprises four modern distribution assets totalling 340,650 sq ft, which are fully let to Tesco, Palletways, Royal Mail and Micheldever. The estate’s 19-acre site has 285 car parking spaces and up to 63m clear yard space, with the buildings covering around 40% of the site.
