Travers Smith LLP has advised Lothbury Investment Management ("Lothbury") on its sale of the Tera 40 industrial estate in Greenford, west London, to Valor Real Estate Partners for around £146m.
The estate comprises four modern distribution assets totalling 340,650 sq ft, which are fully let to Tesco, Palletways, Royal Mail and Micheldever. The estate’s 19-acre site has 285 car parking spaces and up to 63m clear yard space, with the buildings covering around 40% of the site.
