Thomson Snell & Passmore is elevating its workforce with 21 promotions and appointments across various teams
Thomson Snell & Passmore, a distinguished law firm, has announced a significant restructuring through the promotion and appointment of 21 professionals across its various teams. Among the highlights of this announcement is Faye Cook from the Corporate & Commercial team, who has been appointed as an Equity Partner effective from 6 June 2026. Additionally, Alan Kitcher, who leads the Trust & Tax Management department, will become an Equity Partner pending the completion of regulatory requirements necessary for a non-lawyer. This milestone will mark Alan as the first non-lawyer to achieve this status at the firm, propelling Thomson Snell & Passmore into a more inclusive future.
In the move to Salaried Partner, the firm recognises the efforts of Sarah Nettleship in Wills, Estate & Tax Planning, Sarah Lister in Probate, Guy Evans in Real Estate Disputes, and both Katherine Morgan and Robert Trench from the Real Estate team. Promotions within the business services sector include Jonathan Simmons in Information Services, Kelly Garrett in Finance, and Poppy Bobbett in HR. These changes span a variety of practice areas such as Court of Protection, Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury, Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate, reinforcing the firm's strategy to adapt to complex legal landscapes.
