A management consultant has been convicted of fraud by false representation, banned from working in the legal profession and jailed for three-and-a-half years after stealing £400,000 from Clyde & Co. She was also ordered to pay £3,200 in costs. Victoria Brown was an assistant management accountant at the firm.
