Wright Hassall reported a 31% increase in the number of divorce enquiries since the UK lockdown in March 2020. According to the firm, almost a third of adults said increased use of social media was a contributing factor to the rise in cases. The survey also revealed 44% of adults would consider ending their relationship if they found their partner sending or receiving anything inappropriate online to a third party.
