Sean Hardy joins Stephenson Harwood's construction litigation team

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has welcomed Sean Hardy as a partner in its Construction Litigation practice following his move from Clyde & Co in Singapore
Sean Hardy will be leveraging his expertise in advising Asia-based clients on cross-border disputes within the energy, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Sean has a robust background in international arbitration and effectively manages disputes arising from complex, high-value projects governed by various legal frameworks across Asia and the Middle East. “We are excited that Sean will be joining us.
