Their promotions signal the firm's commitment to strengthening essential practice areas amidst a growing demand for legal services.
Nimmisha Aslam has garnered attention for her work on complex personal injury and clinical negligence claims that involve intricate issues of both physical and psychological harm, including catastrophic incidents and workplace injuries. Notably, she often represents families at inquests and related civil claims, with significant experience in cases linked to mental health failings leading to third-party deaths. Aslam is also recognized for her advocacy for those impacted by the Grenfell Tower fire. Her accolades include being featured in The Lawyer Hot 100 2025 and winning Claimant Lawyer of the Year at the 2025 Personal Injury Awards.

Known for her client-focused approach and clear advice, Chapman plays a vital role in navigating challenging family law situations.
Tom Deely focuses on complex domestic and cross-border trust and estate disputes, representing a diverse range of clients from ultra-high-net-worth individuals to vulnerable parties. His practice encompasses will validity disputes and claims made under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
