Revaia secures investment in Synera

Dechert has supported Revaia's investment in Synera, aiding the growth of its generative engineering platform and international reach
Leading European growth technology investor Revaia has made waves in the industry with its recent investment in the Germany-based technology startup, Synera. Dechert, the legal advisers to Revaia, played a crucial role in this Series B financing round, marking Revaia's inaugural investment in Germany. The legal firm’s dedicated team included corporate partner Kai Terstiege alongside partners Dominik Stühler, national partner Christian Böhme, and associate Georg Littmann.
Revaia's investment aims to bolster Synera’s ongoing growth and facilitate its international expansion. By doing so, Revaia hopes to expedite the development and adoption of Synera’s innovative generative engineering platform, which is already gaining traction among prominent industrial and engineering organisations.
Founded in Bremen, Synera offers a pioneering generative engineering software solution that allows companies to streamline complex engineering and design procedures. The platform is designed to assist engineering teams in enhancing efficiency, shortening development timelines, and realising new optimisation opportunities through cutting-edge automation technology. As the sector continues to evolve, Revaia’s backing could prove pivotal for Synera in seizing future market opportunities.
