Rafi Azim-Khan joins BCLP as partner

Rafi Azim-Khan will also serve as the global co-leader of the firm’s Digital Transformation and Emerging Technology offering, marking a significant addition to BCLP's capabilities in these areas. Based in both London and San Francisco, Rafi will work closely with the Intellectual Property practice and the Sports, Media and Entertainment sector group. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of digital law and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, data protection, and cybersecurity. 

Rafi has advised on various high-profile cases, gaining recognition for navigating complex issues like regulatory developments and cross-border intellectual property matters.
