Pavilion Row appoints new director internally

Pavilion Row has appointed Will Morris as Director to promote its internal talent and specialist services
Pavilion Row, a Sheffield-based private client law firm, has demonstrated its commitment to nurturing homegrown talent with the appointment of Will Morris as Director. This decision comes as the firm seeks to enhance and expand its specialist legal services. Will's journey at Pavilion Row began in 2021 when he joined the firm as a probate specialist. Since then, he has quickly become a vital member of the legal team. His skills were recognised when he was promoted to Head of Legal, a position in which he oversaw the firm’s services in wills, trusts, and probate.
In his new role as Director, Will will maintain his leadership of the legal team, while actively contributing to the strategic direction and growth of Pavilion Row. His work has had a significant impact on the development of the probate services offered by the firm. Will has been instrumental in expanding the department while ensuring the firm’s focus remains on providing clear and expert guidance to clients who navigate complex legal matters, which are often sensitive in nature.
The promotion illustrates both Will's contribution to the firm’s success and Pavilion Row’s ongoing culture of investing in its people and encouraging professional development. Since joining the firm, he has further enhanced his technical expertise by completing the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualification and obtaining licensure through the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).
Angus Houston, a fellow Director at Pavilion Row, remarked “Will’s appointment is a prime example of the approach we take at Pavilion Row. We believe strongly in investing in our team and encouraging everyone to build long-term careers with the firm." He continued, “Since joining, Will has demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and leadership, and he has played an important role in the development of our legal services. His progression to Director reflects both his contribution and the strength of the team we continue grow the business.”
Expressing his excitement about the new role, Will Morris said “I’m proud to be joining the board at Pavilion Row and working with my fellow directors to further expand the business. Since joining the firm, I’ve been encouraged to build on my professional experience and take on new challenges, which has been hugely rewarding. I’m looking forward to contributing to the continued growth of the firm while helping to uphold the high standards of service our clients rely on.”
