Linklaters foemr managing partner has been appointed to the role

Former Linklaters managing partner, Gideon Moore, will join NatWest Group as chief legal officer and general counsel from 1 April 2022. Moore will sit on the executive committee and report to CEO, Alison Rose. Moore joined the firm’s banking team in 1999 and retired last year. He co-founded and co-led the firm’s leveraged finance practice for nine years and headed its global banking practice for four years before being elected as managing partner in 2015. Rose said Moore will bring “insight, guidance and challenge to our progress”.
