Moore Barlow has played a pivotal role in advising Climb Global Solutions on its acquisition of interworks.cloud, a deal valued at approximately €8.0 million. Climb Global Solutions, a NASDAQ listed company, is focused on enhancing its cloud and software distribution capabilities throughout Europe. This strategic acquisition not only amplifies Climb's presence in Southeastern Europe but also extends its Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider distribution footprint across the continent.
Interworks.cloud, which is based in Greece, is a prominent cloud distributor offering services to a vast network of resellers and managed service providers. The acquisition will incorporate over 600 reseller and managed service provider relationships from Greece, Malta, Cyprus, and Bulgaria into Climb's operations, thus broadening its regional reach and unlocking new avenues for growth in cloud and software distribution.
The European cloud distribution landscape has been underlined by ongoing investment and consolidation, with statistics suggesting that 52.7% of enterprises within the EU were utilising paid cloud services in 2025. Matthew Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer at Climb Global Solutions, highlighted the strategic nature of the acquisition, stating, “The acquisition of interworks.cloud marks an exciting step in strengthening our cloud and software distribution capabilities across Europe.
