The float would have made Mishcon the most valuable listed UK law firm

Mishcon de Reya has delayed plans to list on the London Stock Exchange amid market turbulence. In September 2021, 93 per cent of partners voted in favour of the potential IPO after the firm mandated J.P. Morgan Cazenove to advise on the listing, which it said “might take place as early as the fourth quarter of 2021”. The Financial Times reported the float would be worth £750m, which would make Mishcon the most valuable listed UK law firm. It has now been reported the IPO has been postponed until volatile market conditions improve.
