Kingsley Napley announces new partners

Kingsley Napley LLP has promoted Kirsty Churm and Olivia Stiles to partner, enhancing its leadership team
Kingsley Napley LLP has proudly announced the promotion of two significant members of its team to the partnership, Kirsty Churm and Olivia Stiles. This development has increased the total number of partners at the firm to 90, with an impressive 56% female representation among its partners. Churm, who has been with the firm for over 12 years, has established a robust practice in employment law, focusing on areas such as whistleblowing and discrimination litigation. She advises employers, senior employees, and partners across a wide array of employment issues.
On the other hand, Stiles joined Kingsley Napley as a trainee 14 years ago and has built her expertise in private family law. Her practice includes complex financial cases, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and matters concerning children, both domestically and internationally. Notably, she is recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers and is acknowledged for her pro bono work.
Matt Meyer, the Managing Partner of Kingsley Napley, remarks, “Kirsty and Olivia’s promotions to the partnership are well deserved. They have each made impressive contributions to their respective practice areas and are highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike. I wish them ongoing success and know they will continue to excel in their new roles.” Both Churm and Stiles are set to bring their extensive experience and expertise to their new positions, as the firm continues to expand its influence in the legal sector.
