Many of those who received training contract offers from Kennedys this year had completed the programme

Kennedys’ virtual work experience programme has achieved 10,000 enrolments in just over a year. Launched in August 2020, the programme was designed to offer a wide pool of aspiring lawyers a taste of legal life. Out of 34 training contract offers made this year, 27 of the future trainees had completed the virtual programme. Global managing partner, Suzanne Liversidge, said the scheme was “a fantastic success” that “provided… an amazing pool of talent to work with, many of whom would not have had a chance to engage with us before”.
