Kennedys' corporate appointment
Matthew Poli, formerly of BLM, will join the team
Kennedys has announced partner Matthew Poli will join its corporate and commercial division. Poli, who joins from (formerly) BLM, will be based in London but will work with clients globally on non-contentious matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity fundraising, joint ventures, restructuring, corporate finance and governance advisory. Poli is experienced in cases involving complex share issues, swaps, buy-backs, reductions and demergers with values exceeding £1.5bn. The corporate and commercial group has expanded rapidly in recent years and has more than 150 lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.
