Junior to Junior (J2J) Commercial Series - Sale of Goods

These interactive online sessions are aimed at junior commercial litigators wishing to build up their knowledge of some of the issues that come up regularly in practice and more senior practitioners looking for a refresher. All of the webinars will take place via Zoom.

We are delighted to announce the dates of our J2J Commercial Series for 2022. The first webinar will take place at midday on Thursday, 7 April 2022.

In this introduction to determining the appropriate choice of forum for disputes, Frederico Singarajah and Ryan Hocking will present a methodology for determining the proper forum, by giving an overview of the position under the common law and the Hague Convention, will deal with the impact of arbitration clauses and touch upon the impact of Brexit on jurisdiction challenges.

These interactive sessions are aimed at junior commercial litigators wishing to build up their knowledge of some of the issues that come up regularly in practice and more senior practitioners looking for a refresher.
