This family-owned firm, founded by Niels and Vicki McKenzie, complements Higgs’ mission to serve owner-managed businesses and the families behind them. Following the earlier acquisitions of Vialex Limited and Navigator Employment Law Limited, this latest deal expands Higgs LLP’s footprint and expertise across the UK.

Niels and Vicki McKenzie’s firm, based in Shrewsbury, is well-respected for its people-centric approach and dedication to client service, mirroring the ethos that Higgs LLP champions. With the addition of McKenzie Law, Higgs LLP now operates from three locations: Brierley Hill, Edinburgh, and Shrewsbury, thereby enhancing the breadth of services for clients nationwide while retaining the trusted teams they rely on.
