Fox Williams expands technology team with partner

Fox Williams has appointed Adam Kuan as a partner, enhancing its focus on technology transactions
Fox Williams has welcomed Adam Kuan to its Corporate practice as a partner, a move aimed at bolstering the firm's transactional capabilities for technology-enabled businesses. Adam joins from TLT, bringing over a decade of experience from Kemp Little and Deloitte after its merger in 2021. His extensive expertise covers both established and emerging segments of technology, including enterprise software, SaaS, IT services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, fintech, digital media, edtech, as well as life sciences and healthtech.
In his new role at Fox Williams, Adam will concentrate on developing the firm’s transactional work within the technology sector. He aims to enhance the firm's offerings in M&A, private equity, and venture capital. Commenting on joining the firm, Adam said “It is a real pleasure to be joining the team at Fox Williams. The firm’s strong sector focus was a particular draw for me, as was the opportunity to work alongside specialists across the firm to provide clients with broader support on their corporate transactions. As new technologies reshape businesses, deals are becoming increasingly complex and international against an evolving regulatory backdrop. There is a real opportunity to build on Fox Williams’ strengths in its core sectors, and I look forward to bringing my experience to the team and providing clients with partner-led, pragmatic advice.”
Senior Partner Gavin Foggo stated “We are delighted to welcome Adam to Fox Williams. He has built an impressive practice in technology transactions, and his appointment significantly strengthens our capabilities in this area, supporting our ambition to build on our expertise advising innovative businesses. His experience also complements the other areas of specialist expertise we have across the firm, bringing support to clients on complex transactions.”
With Adam's appointment, the total number of Corporate partners at the firm has increased to 11.
