Fletchers Group has appointed Miriam Hall as Managing Director of Operational Excellence to enhance service delivery and performance across the business
Fletchers Group is making significant strides in enhancing its leadership by appointing Miriam Hall as the new Managing Director of Operational Excellence. This addition to the Executive Committee underscores the company’s commitment to improving operational performance as it scales its services. Hall's appointment is seen as a pivotal element in Fletchers’ growth strategy, aiming to provide consistently high-quality outcomes for clients through increased investment in performance and service delivery.
Miriam Hall joins Fletchers after a notable 12-year tenure at Chartwell, a prominent operational consulting firm, where she served as a Partner. She has led transformative programmes across various sectors, particularly for private equity-backed businesses, demonstrating a track record of generating over £300 million in economic value for clients. Her experience includes a strong emphasis on operational due diligence in mergers and acquisitions as well as fostering high-performing teams.
In her new role, Hall will focus on leading a specialist function dedicated to enhancing how Fletchers meets its clients' needs. She will implement targeted improvements across various areas including legal services and contact centre operations, which are expected to unlock lasting improvements and better client outcomes. Hall is also tasked with shaping the operational strategy while prioritising high-impact initiatives designed to align with Fletchers’ ambitious growth targets.
Moreover, Hall will oversee the Business Intelligence function at Fletchers, aiming to enhance the utilisation of data and insights in decision-making processes. This will be complemented by her leadership in Learning and Development, which focuses on building capabilities and developing talent within the organisation.
