Fox & Partners has appointed Fiona Fitzgerald as Director of Strategy and Operations to enhance growth initiatives
Fox & Partners, a boutique law firm in the City focused on contentious employment, partnership and LLP matters, has announced the appointment of Fiona Fitzgerald as its new Director of Strategy and Operations. Fiona joins from Radcliffe Chambers, where she served as Chief Executive and was instrumental in driving sustained growth, strengthening client relationships and delivering a more commercially focused approach to chambers management. A qualified solicitor, she brings a strong combination of legal, strategic and operational expertise to her new role.
This significant appointment reflects Fox & Partners’ ongoing evolution as a leading specialist disputes and advisory practice. In her new position, Fiona will collaborate closely with the partners to shape and deliver the firm’s long-term strategy, prioritising operational excellence and innovation. One of her primary responsibilities will be coordinating the implementation of the firm’s innovation and technology strategy, which aims to enhance efficiency, improve client experiences and streamline the delivery of legal services in a digitally advanced environment.
