Fieldfisher promotes 12 lawyers to partnership

Fieldfisher has announced the promotion of 12 lawyers to its partnership, effective 1 April 2026
European law firm Fieldfisher has further strengthened its operations by promoting 12 lawyers to its partnership in its upcoming 2026 promotions round, effective from 1 April 2026. These promotions span multiple offices across Europe, including Barcelona, Brussels, Dublin, Hamburg, London, Madrid, and Manchester, and encompass a range of specialisations within the legal field. The areas include Corporate, Dispute Resolution, Personal Injury and Medical Negligence, Real Estate, Regulatory, Tax, and Technology & Data.

The newly appointed partners bring a wealth of experience and diverse practices to the firm. Javier Fuentes, based in Barcelona, is a Corporate and M&A lawyer who advises on strategic transactions and structures company reorganisations while Maud Grunchard in Brussels focuses on EU regulatory law, particularly in the chemicals sector. From Dublin, Jamie Woodcock is known for his work with technology and renewable energy clients, advising on corporate governance and risk management.
In Hamburg, Christian Schultz handles technology litigation, dealing with disputes around software and data, while London’s William Glover focuses on fraud and asset recovery, including notable work in the crypto sector. Siobhan Gillespie also from London, excels in advising clients on contentious tax matters, notably with HMRC.
Will Jones, a medical negligence expert, practices in Manchester, particularly in complex orthopaedic cases. Nikhil Shah supports businesses with technology projects and commercial contracting. Samantha Thompson in Madrid focuses on construction disputes and international arbitration, alongside Adam Jones and Daniel Sheehan, who specialise in corporate work and dispute resolution, including sports-related disputes, respectively.
