Express Solicitors strengthens position with acquisition

Express Solicitors has acquired Ralli Ltd, enhancing its team with around 40 legal professionals from Ralli
Express Solicitors has announced its acquisition of personal injury firm Ralli Ltd, a move that bolsters its standing as one of the UK's premier claimant law firms. With this acquisition, approximately 40 seasoned legal professionals will join Express at its South Court headquarters in South Manchester, integrating two well-respected firms known for their dedication to expert legal advice and justice for injured clients.
Founded in 1973 and based in Sale, Greater Manchester, Ralli Ltd has established a commendable personal injury practice, serving clients regionally and beyond. The merger promises to maintain exceptional service continuity for Ralli's clients while granting them access to the extensive resources, cutting-edge technology, and specialist expertise inherent at Express Solicitors.
This strategic move enhances Express Solicitors' footprint in the Greater Manchester legal community, supporting its ongoing growth trajectory and unwavering commitment to superior client service. Martin Coyne, Managing Director at Ralli Ltd, expressed enthusiasm about the deal, stating "This acquisition represents an exciting new chapter for our personal injury team and our clients. We have built a strong reputation for providing expert legal support and securing positive outcomes for those who have suffered injury through no fault of their own. Joining Express Solicitors enables our people and our clients to benefit from the scale, resources and specialist expertise of a firm that shares our commitment to excellent client care and access to justice. We are delighted to be joining the Express family and look forward to contributing to its continued success."
James Maxey, Chief Executive Officer of Express Solicitors, commented on the integration, sharing, "We are delighted to welcome the talented Ralli personal injury team to Express Solicitors. Ralli has a long-established reputation in the UK and international legal market, making this an excellent strategic fit for both firms. As two firms with deep roots in Manchester, we share a commitment to delivering exceptional service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. We are pleased to be bringing together such experienced teams and look forward to working with our new colleagues as we continue to grow and strengthen our personal injury offering."
It is important to note that Ralli Solicitors LLP, a separate entity that provides different legal services not encompassing personal injury law, continues to operate in Manchester city centre and remains unaffected by this acquisition. The shareholders of Ralli Ltd were represented by Stephen Hadlow and his team at Brabners LLP in Manchester, while Express Solicitors received advice from Megan Crone and David Malone of O’Connors.
