DWF has assisted Imad Ventures in investing in Neuron Factory, advancing construction technology and innovation

Neuron Factory, Inc. was founded by technology pioneers from Microsoft and Waymo, combining a wealth of expertise in areas including large-scale AI systems and data centre construction. Their AI-powered preconstruction platform is tailored to streamline workflows, augment team capabilities, and boost productivity across complex large-scale construction projects. This innovative platform has already been deployed at some of the world’s largest and most forward-thinking construction and building technology companies.
The DWF team was spearheaded by Dhruv Chhatralia BEM, corporate partner and head of Venture Capital, alongside Natasha Allen and Trevor Mullin from Foley, who provided insights on the USA law aspects of the transaction.
