Deadline approaches for ESTAS conveyancer awards

Firms have until 1 August to enter new awards for customer service

After another successful Estate Agent Awards last month the ESTAS Group is turning its attention to the conveyancing sector to highlight the best firms for customer service.

The ESTAS Conveyancing Awards sponsored by SearchFlow are unique in the industry, recognising firms based purely on data received back from customers when completing a simple online survey.

Firms taking part benefit from access to benchmarking data and a range of marketing tools including a service themed social media campaign and customer feedback reports.

Entry to the competition is now open and there are categories for single branch firms, regional groups and national firms.

The inaugural awards ceremony will take place on 20 October at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane London. The event will be hosted by The ESTAS brand ambassador and the country's favourite TV Property expert Phil Spencer.

The awards are already supported by the Conveyancing Association and The Society of Licensed Conveyancers.

Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS, said: 'We live in a world where customer reviews are becoming increasingly important in the consumer decision making process so the ESTAS is a kite mark for excellent service for any property professional involved in the house moving process.

'We've been recognising estate agents for 15 years now so we believe a similar award scheme for conveyancers is long overdue. We're absolutely delighted to have the backing of the CA and SLC, it's another endorsement which confirms to us that conveyancers want these customer focused awards.'

Greg Bryce, managing director at SearchFlow, said: 'We believe these awards will become the benchmark for customer service in the conveyancing sector, so as the leading provider of conveyancing search solutions it made perfect sense for SearchFlow to become the headline sponsor demonstrating our own commitment to deliver excellent service and working with conveyancing firms with a likeminded approach.'

The deadline for entries is 1 August. To find out how to get your firm involved go to www.theestas.com/conveyancers or email simon@theestas.com.

Solicitors Journal is the official media partner of the awards.
