DAC Beachcroft appoints new regulatory partner

Health and safety specialist, Zoe McDonnell, has joined DAC Beachcroft as a partner in its Scottish regulatory – safety, health and environment team. Based in DACB’s Glasgow office, McDonnell moves from BLM where she was a partner and led its Scottish regulatory team. McDonnell has advised on defending health and safety and other regulatory prosecutions, along with representing parties at Fatal Accident Inquiries. Karen Railton, DACB partner and head of regulatory services in Scotland, commented: “Zoe will play an important role in helping us to extend our Scottish capability and reach still further”.
