His day-to-day activities involve advising on the nuances of UK financial services regulation and guiding clients through the FCA authorization process. His clientele spans exchanges, trading facilities, proprietary trading firms, and investment managers.

One notable aspect of Richard's expertise lies in the Fintech sector, where he has cultivated strong ties and received instructions from payment services firms, crowdfunding platforms, and crypto-asset businesses. His background with a Lloyd's of London insurer provides him with a practical understanding of how financial services law operates in real-world scenarios, allowing him to apply valuable insights to his client work.
