Kim Lalli, joining from Wedlake Bell, brings a wealth of experience in real estate development transactions, specialising in acquisitions, disposals, and strategic land transactions. With her track record of handling projects exceeding £500 million, Kim's expertise will be a valuable asset to the firm.
Rafe Courage, previously with Gateley, brings his extensive experience in residential and mixed-use development to Charles Russell Speechlys' London office. His proficiency in negotiating complex agreements and navigating intricate infrastructure logistics will further strengthen the firm's capabilities.
Robin Grove, Divisional Managing Partner of Construction, Real Estate, and Disputes, expressed enthusiasm for the appointments, highlighting their potential to enhance the firm's housebuilding and regeneration team.
