Boodle Hatfield announces new employment partner

Boodle Hatfield, a prominent private wealth and real estate law firm, is excited to announce the addition of Tom McLaughlin as a Partner in the Employment team, effective 14 September 2026. Tom joins the firm from Brahams Dutt Badrick French LLP, where he served as a Managing Associate. With a wide array of experience advising employees, employers, and partnerships, he has a particular focus on employee competition disputes, restrictive covenants, and confidential information. His practice covers critical issues including team moves, partnership disputes, workplace investigations, and cross-border employment matters.

The appointment of Tom McLaughlin is expected to bolster the Employment team at Boodle Hatfield, enhancing the firm's capability to serve private clients, entrepreneurs, family businesses, executives, and employers on a variety of employment-related issues.
