Blake Morgan expands corporate immigration services

Dipesh Shah has been appointed as a partner and the new Head of Corporate Immigration. With over 20 years of experience in UK corporate immigration law, Dipesh’s expertise lies in commercially focused global mobility. He supports businesses with extensive international hiring initiatives across various sectors including construction, healthcare, life sciences, technology, and hospitality, while also assisting firms in navigating the complexities of the visa application process to address skills shortages and workplace demands. Notably, he is among the few highly experienced sports immigration solicitors in the UK, having advised leading Premier League football clubs, boxing promoters, and athletes in tennis and golf on their immigration issues.

In his pivotal role, Dipesh is a member of the Department of International Trade UK Advisory Network, where he has presented immigration seminars worldwide and participated in Q&A sessions to promote UK trade and investment. The newly formed corporate immigration team under his leadership includes legal directors Nisha Patel and Yasmeen Hamza, Senior Associate Kawther Al-Aaraji, Associate Inderpal Singh Kallah, Solicitor David Max Barra, Immigration Caseworker Tatiana Young, and Executive Assistant Jess Wilson-Storey. They will collaborate with the firm’s existing immigration specialists such as Senior Associate Lisa Parsons in London and Partner Jane Biddlecombe in Southampton.
