Beswicks Legal, a prominent legal firm, has successfully represented Environmental Essentials in their recent acquisition of Quality Environmental Services Ltd (QES), a Sheffield and Sandbach-based water and air hygiene management specialist. This strategic move is part of Environmental Essentials' ambitious 'buy and build' growth strategy.

Environmental Essentials, a leading asbestos service provider headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent with additional offices in Glasgow, Crawley, and London, employs over 200 professionals. Renowned for offering asbestos management, training, and surveying services, the company serves a diverse client base, including the Houses of Parliament, tier one construction firms, NHS Trusts, high street food retailers, and pub operators.

The deal, led by Beswicks Legal Corporate Associate David Morgan, marks a significant milestone in Environmental Essentials' expansion journey. Morgan expressed his delight in advising the innovative and ambitious company, anticipating continued success for them.

Beswicks Legal's corporate team, led by Corporate Partner Peter Ellis, played a crucial role in the acquisition.
