As all documents are stored digitally, they are able to exchange information much faster with relevant third parties as well such as barristers and experts, speeding up the progress of their clients’ cases even more.

According to Iqbal Jinnah, the case management system’s full integration with Microsoft Outlook made it easy for staff to become confident users of the product who find its ability to centralise documents across offices particularly useful.

Iqbal also shared his thoughts on Financial Director, the legal accounting software from DPS ‘’Our Practice Manager and accountants are very happy with it and how it integrates with the case management side of the software. Instead of having to run multiple systems, we only need to maintain a single system which has clear advantages.’’
