Mark Pawlowski read law at Warwick and Oxford Universities before being called to the Bar where he practised for many years from Chancery Chambers at 5 New Square, Lincoln's Inn, London. He also took up a teaching post at the University of Greenwich where he was made Professor of Property Law in 1999. He has published extensively in the fields of equity & trusts, land law and landlord and tenant law. He has also been General Editor of Landlord and Tenant Review, published by Sweet & Maxwell, since its inception in 1997. He has a number of practitioner and academic books to his credit.
