Winckworth Sherwood appoints new partner

Lisa joins from Gateley Legal, where she spent almost two decades progressing from solicitor to partner, overseeing a large team responsible for all aspects of the development process. Her extensive background equips her to handle everything from the acquisition of sites to overseeing plot sales, catering to national housebuilders, local developers, institutional landowners, and social housing providers.

In her new role, Lisa will collaborate with Jodie Campbell, the partner and head of residential development sales. Together, they aim to bolster the team’s experience, aiding clients in navigating regulatory changes and adapting sales strategies to meet current market demands. Lisa's deep knowledge of the Midlands residential development landscape, coupled with her established relationships with housebuilders, will be instrumental as the firm seeks to expand its regional influence.
