A Utah judge has been suspended without pay for six months for making a joke about President Trump's proposed border wall with Mexico and the President's tax affairs. Judge Michael Kwan has been a judge in Taylorsville, Utah for 20 years and was found to have violated rules on independence, integrity and impartiality. Imposing the suspension, Utah Supreme Court said: 'It is an immutable and universal rule that judges are not as funny as they think they are.' 27 May 2019
