Tracy Ashby returns to MFG Solicitors

MFG Solicitors bolsters its Private Client department with the return of Tracy Ashby as partner bringing extensive expertise in inheritance tax and estate administration

Law firm MFG Solicitors has made a significant addition to its Private Client department with the return of Tracy Ashby as partner. A well-respected expert in inheritance tax and estate administration, Tracy previously served at mfg from 2006 to 2017 before advancing her career at several other large regional firms. During her time away, she took on senior roles leading Private Client teams, most recently at FBC Manby Bowdler. Now based at the firm's Birmingham office in the bustling Colmore Business District, Tracy will collaborate closely with Valerie Robinson, head of the department, to provide support and advice on a variety of complex private matters.

Valerie Robinson, partner and head of the Private Client department at mfg Solicitors said “Tracy is a sought-after solicitor who has earned the trust of hundreds of clients over many years. It’s a huge plus to welcome her back to the firm after almost a decade away. She is already making a significant impact, both internally and with our clients. She is also part of our growing Birmingham office, which continues to go from strength to strength and will only get stronger with someone of Tracy’s calibre in the team.”

Tracy Ashby added “I was delighted to have the opportunity to return to mfg Solicitors. I rejoin a firm that has grown considerably over the past nine years but still maintains its core values by putting its clients at the centre of everything it does. Having worked in the Birmingham area for the last few years, the move felt like the right fit at the right time. The firm has evolved significantly and it's exciting to be part of that continued growth. Valerie and I work extremely well together, and alongside the wider team of partners and specialists, we are set up perfectly for the future to deliver the highest possible service to clients across the region.”

The firm’s Private Client team operates across its offices located in Birmingham, Worcestershire, Shropshire, and the Black Country, ensuring comprehensive support for clients in various regions.
