oneNDA was developed by a group of leading lawyers and is free to use

The Law Boutique (tlb) has launched oneNDA, a standardised NDA created by the legal community. A LinkedIn post led to a group of lawyers working together to draft a standardised NDA template. Since March 2021, 1200 firms and individuals have signed up to the initiative, including firms such as Allen & Overy, Freshfields and Linklaters and in-house counsel from Barclays, PWC, Deliveroo and Airbus. oneNDA is available for businesses to download, adopt and use as their NDA template, free of charge.
