Taylor Rose promotes four new partners

Taylor Rose has announced four new partner promotions, reinforcing its commitment to internal talent development across divisions
Taylor Rose, a fast-growing innovative law firm, has announced four partner promotions across its dispute resolution, residential property, and marketing divisions, as it continues to invest in specialist expertise and develop internal talent across the firm. The newly promoted partners have established careers with Taylor Rose and contributed significantly to the growth of their respective teams and practice areas. Together, they will help strengthen the firm’s capabilities across central services and key legal practice areas, support the development of colleagues, and contribute to its continued growth.
In the Dispute Resolution division, Alex Rooney has been promoted to Partner and Acting Head of Property Litigation. Alex joined Taylor Rose in March 2023 and has served as Acting Head of Department since May 2025. In his new role, he will continue to grow his property litigation practice and support the development of junior team members.
Nazgol Khosravi has been elevated to Consultant Partner in the Residential Property division, moving up from her previous role as a Lead Consultant Solicitor. Qualifying as a solicitor in 2019, Nazgol joined Taylor Rose in 2020 and has since built a conveyancing team of more than 25 professionals, advising on complex residential property transactions for clients including high-net-worth individuals and investors. She will focus on team growth, developing the next generation of lawyers and consultants, and strengthening relationships across the property industry.
Nirali Patel has also been promoted to Consultant Partner in the Residential Property, New Build, and Real Estate Finance division. With over 11 years of post-qualification experience, she advises on residential conveyancing, new-build developments, remortgages, bridging finance, and Sharia-compliant lending. Recognised for her dedication to client service and professional excellence with the Taylor Rose Director’s Award, Nirali will expand her practice across residential property to further enhance the firm's market position and cross-referral opportunities.
In Central Services, Ali Freeman has been appointed Partner and Head of Marketing – Direct Services, becoming the first Partner in Taylor Rose's marketing team. Joining the firm as a Marketing Executive in 2018, she has advanced from delivering marketing activity to leading the entire marketing function. Ali oversees major initiatives in brand development, digital marketing, and client acquisition. In her expanded role, she is set to further shape the firm’s marketing strategy, leveraging data and technology to better understand client needs and enhance marketing effectiveness.
