Similarly, the Contentious Trusts and Probate team has also maintained its No.1 ranking, with head Alex Watkinson recognised as a Leading Partner. Komal Landa's expertise in Court of Protection matters also garners recognition, further enhancing the team's reputation. Taylor Emmet’s Clinical Negligence team retains its Tier Three ranking under James Drydale's leadership, noted for handling demanding cases such as high-value birth injury and cancer delay claims. The Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate team, also ranked Tier Three, advises clients on essential estate planning and related issues, led by Oliver Simpson and Richard King. Additionally, the Personal Injury team secures a fourth-place ranking, with practice head John Green recognised for significant work in serious accident claims.
