The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has collated and published its responses to common Covid-19-related questions at sra.org.uk/sra/ news/coronavirus-qa. Issues range from the accounts rules, client money and client confidentiality, to potential issues where a compliance officer falls ill, and sector-specific queries. It recommends that in the case of compliance difficulties linked to the pandemic, the approach taken should be clearly documented. The SRA acknowledged that firms and solicitors face uncertainty and difficult business conditions and it is monitoring the situation. 23 March
