The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has collated and published its responses to common Covid-19-related questions at sra.org.uk/sra/ news/coronavirus-qa. It recommends that in the case of compliance difficulties linked to the pandemic, the approach taken should be clearly documented.
