SRA BUSINESS PLAN

An SRA office will be established in Wales under proposals set out in the SRA's business plan 2020/21 consultation document. The regulator set out three objectives focusing on high professional standards, supporting the adoption of legal technology and innovation, and understanding emerging opportunities and challenges for legal services users and the legal sector. It also aims to increase monitoring of anti-money laundering (AML) arrangements. The SRA acknowledged it is consulting against the backcloth of covid-19.
