Solicitor launches hybrid law firm and executive search platform

A new professional services platform has been launched providing solicitors with back office, marketing and HR support

A new professional services platform has been launched providing solicitors with back office, marketing and HR support.

The bespoke ‘part-platform, part community’, Netiro touts itself as “creating the most human professional services platform ever”.

It provides corporate and commercial legal services, employment services and real estate; with supporting services including an executive search service, HR and leadership and consultancy,

It was cofounded by James Howell, managing director of virtual law firm MS Rubric, and Tim Gear-Evans, previously a commercial director of an executive search business.

The platform has also been created to support other professionals, including human resources and management consultants.

Howell said: “We have taken the best bits of the employed and self-employed models and removed the worst bits to provide a new hybrid that is fit for the new working environment.”

He added: “We could see the world changing, with people taking stock of what they are doing with their lives and thinking about what is important. We could see that office politics, glass ceilings, commuting and serving shareholders were starting to be less attractive.”

Gear-Evans said the netiro model means “we can be nimble and able to react to what our clients want in a way that suits them and our partners”.

“Each relationship is unique and bespoke”, he added: “We are ideal for professionals who love the thought of being their own boss, but without the isolation, risks or headaches that small business owners have to endure.”
