They include Qalid Mohamed who came from Somalia to the UK aged 11 with no knowledge of the English language and no formal education. He is now a banking and financial services solicitor at Sidley. The growing network of solicitors established five years ago, work with the Society, schools, universities and non-profit organisations to promote social mobility in the profession.
